Leprechaun Smoothie

Tis the season! Vegetables are not always my go-to food. But we all need them one way or another. So I figured, why not blend them up in my morning smoothie?

 

No, I am not blending up shamrocks for this one but it does include a bunch of green stuff full of antioxidants and such.

It includes broccoli and power greens such as kale, spinach, etc. But don’t fear! You should not taste any of these if you include enough fruit!

 

So here we go. . .

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Broccoli (fresh or frozen -frozen is easier if you plan on making these regularly)

  • ½ cup cauliflower (fresh or frozen)

  • A big handful of power greens

  • 1 banana

  • ¼ cup Blueberries

  • 5 pineapple chunks

  • Orange Juice

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

  • Water to top off

These measurements don’t need to be exact to make a delicious smoothie. Feel free to experiment!

Instructions

Put all of these in your blender and blend up until smooth! Sip and smile!
