Jelly Bean Nests

I wanted to make something a little different this Easter. Sure I could have done sealed Easter favors to send home with family but this year I decided to scratch that.

I figured it’s time for something else. Jelly bean nests anyone?

These things are so darn cute and very quick to put together! Once they are assembled, they can live on your dessert table during your Easter get together or all around the common areas for your guests to see!

What you’ll need

  • Cupcake wrappers

  • A flower shaped paper to go underneath the cupcake wrapper

  • Easter grass (I used dried moss)

  • Some paper visitors to live inside your nest –I used bunnies on mine!

  • And of course Jelly Beans!

Assembly

  • Glue the bottom of your cupcake wrapper to the paper flower

  • Partially fill your wrapper with grass

  • Top with Jelly beans and your paper cutouts

  • And you’re all done! Display immediately so your guests can enjoy a quick sugary treat!

Have fun with this one! Try adding a paper handle to your cupcake wrapper to turn it into a mini Easter basket! Or instead of Jelly beans, try Peeps or Cadbury Creme Eggs! There are tons of options!

For additional Easter fun, check out the Z fold Easter card and the Easter Greetings list to complement it!

Enjoy those Jelly Bean nests! Happy Easter Everyone!
