This is a simple tutorial that will work for all occasions!
Step 1: Cut out a 4”x 6” piece of your favorite cardstock and fold it in half.
Step 2: Cut out a 3″x3″ piece of cardstock and emboss it to create a 3 dimensional look.
Step 3: Cut out a 3″x3″ piece of cardstock and adhere it to the original piece using a foam square to create a 3 dimensional look.
Step 4: Find your preferred die cuts/drops and start decorating!
Step 5: Use double sided tape to attach the topper the top of a 4″x 9″ cellophane bag filled with festive goodies!
